When working on higher level searches, PCQ Recruitment works on a retained basis. In this process the client Nursing Home/Hospital pays a percentage of the the fee in advance and the remainder on the successful hire.

The benefits to using PCQ Recruitment associates for intake management needs are as follows: Allows your internal corporate recruiter to be as productive as possible by allowing the PCQ Recruitment associate to screen all applicants in order to manage the flow, allowing the recruiter to focus on the quality of interviews. If the client has an immediate need to fill a position, they may want to utilize more than one associate to assist in recruitment. The associates will mine the company’s database, utilize job boards, network within appropriate organisations and societies, as well as make use of PCQ Recruitment Associate’s database. The client chooses the number of hours an associate assists their company. When conducting an important candidate search, PCQ Recruitment Associates will manage the time-consuming research allowing the corporate recruiter to focus on interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to managers. Onsite Consultants/Virtual Recruitment (Service Coming Soon)

PCQ Recruitment Associates will assign an associate to work as an extension of the client’s Human Resource department on an hourly rate. Our associate develops a strong relationship with the client to help them maximize recruitment efforts through an in-depth understanding of their needs. Agency / Locum Nursing Requirements (Service Coming Soon)

We are presently building a list of nurse candidates who will be available for agency/locum work across the country. All our nurses will be professionally screened and will have signed up with us with an understanding of the sector they will be working in (Elderly care sector/Hospital Sector). All our nurses will be required to have experience in this sector and a strong understanding of what the position entails.

Analysis of your staffing requirements

We will meet with you to discuss and conduct an analysis of your staffing requirements, this would include but not limited to, speaking with the Director of Nursing about current nursing shortages, looking at succession plans in place for senior positions, discussing if you require the assistance of PCQ Recruitment or if you have all the things in place to do this alone, depending on the number of requirement discussing options that would be available to you. We would also like to meet with who you would feel would be your best and brightest and show you how to benchmark using our results from this interview for future recruitment.
